The Solano Family
The Solano Family has been cooking together for many years. Before immigrating to the United States, Jose was cooking up delicious meals in his hometown of Tenancingo, Mexico. His speciality has always been the entree, obispo. When he and his wife, Elvira, moved to the United States, it has always been a dream of theirs to open a restaurant. With the help of their children, that dream has finally become a reality. Mauricio, Dulce, Lirio, Victor, and Dalia have all helped in the making of Sazón. They continue to help with the cooking when they can. The Solano Family believes that a family that cooks together, stays together, and it adds a little more sazón to their lives.
